His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Southern Governor, paid an inspection visit to Riffa area this morning.

The visit came to serve the purpose of following up on citizens' needs and fulfill their aspirations and requirements, in coordination with the concerned bodies to implement the key projects in the governorate.

During the visit, HH Shaikh Khalifa asserted the Southern Governorate's keenness to fulfill the needs of citizens and residents in the area through the implementation of the recommendations issued by the Governorate's Coordination Council and the efforts exerted to follow up with the concerned authorities, aiming at improving the services in the governorate and support its comprehensive development.

HH the Southern Governor reviewed the work progress at several service and development facilities and projects, which are in line with the insights of citizens and the urban development witnessed by the different areas in the governorate.

His Highness also affirmed on the importance of the Governorate's coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure meeting all requirements in the security, social an d service fields.

In conclusion of the visit, HH Shaikh Khalifa pointed out the necessity of conducting such visits to highlight the civil and developmental sides of the governorate in a way that meets the aspirations of citizens and residents.
