HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Southern Governor has carried out an oversight visit to Khalifa City in order to follow-up to the latest updates of the social and development projects being established to serve the people of the city.  

During the event, HH the Southern Governor affirmed that such projects are being constructed as part of the unlimited support the Governorate is receiving from HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa,  Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier to achieve inclusive development across the Governorate. 

Moreover, he underscored that cooperation and coordination will continue with other ministries and authorities to ensure the delivery of the Governorate's people's needs and requirements as well as upgrade the level of the services being provided to them through state-of-the-art projects, highlighting the Khalifa City Health Centre and the multi-purpose hall in Al Dur as examples of such projects. 

At the end of the visit, HH Shaikh Khalifa underlined that the new development projects in Khalifa City are being carried out in line with the ambitions and the aspirations of the citizens and the urbanisation of the city.
