HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Southern Governor has met several people of the Governorate through the Virtual Majlis; a technology designed to allow people meet through video call with the Governorate’s officials on a weekly-basis. The event was attended by several officials and police officers from the Governorate as well as His Excellency Brigadier Isa Thamer Abdulla Al Dossari.

At the beginning of the meeting, HH Shaikh Khalifa welcomed the attendees, reiterating the Governorate’s desire to maintain links and ties with the people of the Governorate in an effort to determine and deliver their needs in line with the directives of HE Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa which aim to reinforce community partnership with the citizens.

Moreover, the meeting saw HH Shaikh Khalifa discussing the security, social and development needs of the Governorate’s people with the attendees, and HH the Southern Governor underscored that the Governorate is keen to receive the inquires and recommendations from everyone living in this region through the e-channels in order to communicate them to the concerned authorities.

At the end of the meeting, the attendees expressed their appreciation and gratitude to HH the Southern Governor for his continued care and interest in establishing sustained communication with the people of the Governorate.
