Within the efforts exerted to strengthen community partnership and cooperation between the different institutions of the public and private sectors, the Southern Governorate has recently received 10,000 facemasks from Equivaa Medical Trading Company.

The Governorate hailed the donation, describing it as a reflection of the leading community participation in the efforts aiming at reinforcing precautionary, preventive and cultural practices within the governorate.

For its part, Equivaa Medical Trading Company praised the essential role of the Southern Governorate in joint cooperation and coordination between the different sectors and to highlight the importance of community partnership in the current situation.

The delivery came in the presence of Mr. Mohammed Al Faw, Director of Programmes and Community Affairs at the Southern Governorate, Shaikh Ahmed bin Humood Al Khalifa from HH the Southern Governor's Office, Equivaa Dr Hamad Al Helo, Chairman of Equivaa Medical Trading Board of Directors, Dr Khaled Mahran, CEO of the Company, and a number of officials from the Governorate.
