On the directives of the Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Southern Governorate has announced the launch of various e-communication platforms through which the people living in the governorate may file their social, service and security inquires or requests.

This step comes in line with the Governorate’s keenness to have constant contact with the people of the area.

The Governorate said in a statement that the incredibly easy-to-use new platforms have been designed to provide smooth experience for all the people regardless of their tech-knowledge. 

It added that all requests and inquires can be shared by the people of the Governorate through the state-of-the-art “Al Janubiyah” Application which has the live chat feature, or “Tawasul” Application and via the email address complaints@southern.gov.bh as well as the landline number 1775000.
