Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has today held a virtual majlis with a number of citizens.

In attendance were Deputy Southern Governor Brigadier Isa Thamer Al Dosari and other officers and officials from the Southern Governorate.

HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed the importance of building bridges of communication with citizens to assess their needs, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

He extended deepest congratulations to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of His Royal Highness being awarded the C3 Leadership Award, granted by the 2021 C3 US-Arab Healthcare & Business Summit.

He stressed the Southern Governorate’s resolve to continue efforts to adopt initiatives and spearhead programmes that serve all social segments.

He announced that he would continue field visits to assess citizens’ needs and follow-up on planned projects aimed to support sustainable development
