His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Southern Governor, sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, marking the Royal Decree 30 of 2020, issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, appointing His Highness as Undersecretary in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs.
