Southern Governorate Delivers People’s Needs Through Smart Platforms

In line with High Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Southern Governor’s keenness and follow-up to reinforce smart communication, the Southern Governorate has launched several online platforms to establish constant contact with the people of the Governorate.

This emanates from the Governorate’s continued efforts to implement the directives of HH the Southern Governor to harness modern technology for delivering the needs of the Governorate’s people. In this context, the Southern Governorate received 507 complaints and inquiries in the period between January 1, 2020 until July 25, 2020 via the state-of-the-art “Al Janubiyah” Application.

Meanwhile, the Governorate handled 191 requests filed on the Tawasul application as well as 448 inquiries placed through phone calls, while 277 others were received through email.  Furthermore, the Southern Governorate addressed 26 requests shared through virtual meetings.

Moreover, 37 other requests were sent to the Governorate via the Smart Office and 69 others through in person attendance.  Besides, 18 complaints were lodged through the “Ehna Nwaslk” (We’ll Get You) Channel. The inquires and complaints were categorised as per the specialty of the Governorate and they included 50 in the security field, 64 in the social area and 45 in the service field, while 32 in other areas. The Southern Governorate welcomes all complaints and inquiries from the people of the Governorate through its various channels and smart platforms as well as its Smart Office and virtual meetings.
