His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a congratulatory cable from Southern Governor, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, on being awarded an honorary doctorate by the Board of Trustees of the Moscow State University for International Relations in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence and dialogue among various religions and cultures.
