­Southern Governor, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, received here today the Riffa Police Station Chief, Lieutenant-Colonel Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, in the presence of a number of officers from the Southern Governorate Police Directorate.

 Ways to enhance the ongoing coordination and cooperation between the Southern Governorate and the Southern Governorate Police Directorate in the various pioneering security initiatives were discussed.

 HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali commended the efforts exerted by the Southern Governorate Police Directorate and Community Police to maintain social security across the Southern Governorate.

 He hailed the  remarkable efforts exerted by the Community Police to provide security, hailing its contributions to serving all social segments.

 The Southern Governor was informed about the initiatives of the Community Police, through a presentation given by Lieutenant-Colonel Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa about the role of the Community Police in strengthening community partnership and cooperation.

 Riffa Police Station Chief lauded the keenness of HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali to enhance fruitful cooperation and coordination in all initiatives and programmes that contribute to reinforcing social security at the Southern Governorate.
