His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, virtually honoured His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Southern Governor, on the occasion of the Southern Governorate winning the Excellence Award in Communication with Customers for the year 2020.

The honouring comes as the Governorate achieved performance excellence in the National Suggestion and Complaint System (Tawasul), in terms of quality of government transactions and services provided to citizens and residents in various leading security, social and development fields.
