As part of the of the instructions issued by the HRH-the-Crown-Prince-Led National Task Force Against Covid-19 to provide full support to the citizens and residents, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Southern Governor has deputised Brigadier Isa Thamer Abdulla Al Dossari, the Deputy Southern Governor to attend the launch of the “Your Lunch at Home” charity project in Riffa.

The initiative aims to support the “Feena Khair” campaign which was launched by HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. “This participation cements our efforts towards social partnership with the Southern Governorate Police Directorate as well as other security parties as we desire to fuel the spirit of cooperation and participation through the +Feena Khair+ campaign to ensure the safety of all the citizens and residents in Bahrain,” Al Dossari said.

“The Southern Governorate is keen to participate in this humanitarian project to supply 200 food baskets to the citizens, residents and labourers in an effort to bolster the Islamic supreme values which aim to reinforce bonds and social solidarity,” he further added.
