Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed the importance of reaching out to citizens and bolstering community partnership in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

 He paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for spearheading the digitalization of all services and transactions. 

 HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa highlighted the prizes conferred on the Southern Government as part of the 2021 Electronic Government Excellence Award. 

 He noted the directives of the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa to follow up on citizens’ needs and meet their aspirations. 

 He underlined the importance of the online platforms which were provided by the Southern Governorate for citizens to forward their demands, applications, queries and complaints. 

 He cited in this regard the weekly virtual majlis, hosted by the Southern Governorate as well as the email complaints@southern.gov.bh. And other online platforms.
