His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Southern Governor, attended the Ardah and Riffa residents’ celebration at Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Fateh Fort, alongside Brigadier Hamad Mohammed Al Khayat, Deputy Governor, Abdullah Abdullatif, Chairman of the Southern Municipal Council, members of the Council of Representatives and Municipal Council, dignitaries, and residents.

On the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Day celebrations and the Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s Accession to the Throne, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali extended congratulations to His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on behalf of His Highness and the governorate’s residents.

The celebration featured the Bahraini Ardah performed by residents, a police band performance, and heritage activities highlighting the history and traditions of the Southern Governorate, including a children’s corner organised by the Directorate of Security Culture.
