His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Southern Governor, paid an inspection visit to the service and development projects in Khalifa Town, in the presence of a number of officials.

HH Shaikh Khalifa was informed about the work progress in a number of service and development projects, being implemented in cooperation with the relevant ministries and entities.

The governor stressed that the progress march currently witnessed by the kingdom is in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to provide development services that meet the needs of the citizens, through vital projects.

His Highness underlined the Southern Governorate’s keenness to follow up on the progress of various service projects that are intended to meet the citizens’ needs.

HH Shaikh Khalifa asserted that the Khalifa Town Health Centre project will deliver the best health and social services according to the best standards. HH the Southern Governor also highlighted the importance of completing the construction of an occasions hall in Al Dur village, considering its role in enhancing social rapprochement.

His Highness also inspected the infrastructure and roads projects to ensure they are progressing according to schedule.
