Southern Governor, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, met through his virtual Majlis today with dignitaries and citizens from across the Southern Governorate, in the presence of his Deputy Brigadier Isa Thamer Al Doseri, and a number of officers and officials.

HH the Southern Governor welcomed the citizens, stressing keenness on boosting the approach of communication with them to cater to their needs in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

His Highness affirmed that the Southern Governorate will continue to organize security and social functions and initiatives to promote the concept of community partnership and follow up on the implementation of various citizen-oriented development projects. He noted that communication with citizens and residents is a main pillar in the governorate’s work to optimize services.

He listened to the citizens’ proposals, stressing close follow-up on all the remarks through coordination with the competent authorities.

At the end, the audience expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Southern Governor for his continuous communication and keenness to achieve comprehensive work and reach out to citizens’ needs.
