Southern Governor, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, has stressed that the strong cooperation between the Southern Governorate and the relevant security directorates reflects positively on security campaigns and events, including the camping season.

 The governor was speaking while inspecting the camping region to follow up on the requirements to further ensure the success of the camping season regarding security, services and cultural programmes.

 In this context, the Southern Governorate has organised, in cooperation with the Southern Governorate’s Police Directorate, an educational campaign for the citizens and campers to support the on-going services and initiatives, as well as security and awareness-raising campaigns.

 The campaign featured direct communication with the citizens and campers to enhance their role in ensuring the success of the camping season regarding safety and security.
