­Southern Governor His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa has today hosted his weekly majlis, in the presence of dignitaries, senior officials, Interior Ministry’s officials and citizens.

 He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.

 He commended the directives of the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa to cooperate with all departments, stressing the role of the Governorate in promoting security initiatives aimed to bolster community partnership.

 He commended cooperation with the Southern Police Directorate to strengthen security across the Southern Governorate, stressing keenness on reaching out to citizens and contributing to achieving development aspirations.
